Legal Document Preparation
These forms are all a flat fee that includes 2 hours’ worth of communication for preparation to discuss each document. There will be an individual fee for the cost of the actual filing per the courts that I will share with you ahead of time, so you are aware and not caught off guard. Each court has different fees, and you will be notified of those costs before your submission. In the event you require more than 2 hours of communication for a particular form it will be an additional $75 an hour, billed in 6-minute increments for the Paralegal Document Preparation process.

Divorce/ Life Coaching
3-month/12-session Comprehensive Coaching
If you've considered leaving, feel stuck or in conflict in your relationship, are considering filing or are early in the process, this intensive will guide you in making the very best decisions for you and your children. Up to 12 confidential, conversational one-on-one sessions. Outside-the-box problem solving, strategy sessions, easy-to-implement task lists, plus professional editorial review of your texts, email and documents. Notary
By Colorado law, the maximum fee allowed for a notarization is $15 per document and includes: Receiving evidence of the signer’s identity,
Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable), and
Applying the signature, notarial certificate, and stamp of the notary to the document.
The maximum fee for an electronic notarization or remote notarization is $25.
If you are charged for other services, you will be billed and have those services itemize separately, to be clear and to inform you; the customer of all charges before performing the notarial act.
